Shipping policy
Every Axel Decor sculpture is made to order in the Los Angeles studio — no warehouse, no stock sitting in boxes waiting to be pulled. Your piece is built specifically for you after you order it.
Free standard shipping
Standard shipping is free on every order, U.S. domestic. No minimum.
Orders typically deliver within 3–5 business days once the piece is shipped. During higher-volume periods, production may extend to 2–3 weeks before the piece ships. We'll keep you posted by email.
You'll get a tracking number once the piece is on its way.
Need it faster?
Express shipping (2-day or overnight) is available — email axeldecorla@gmail.com before ordering with your destination and we'll quote the upgrade. Express shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
Shipping and carriers
All orders ship from Los Angeles, California. Every piece ships in custom-cut foam and reinforced boxing. Statement pieces (36" and larger) may ship via freight or motor carrier — we'll coordinate the delivery window with you in advance.
International shipping is available by request — email us before ordering for a quote.
Damaged in transit
If your piece arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and sculpture immediately and email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace or refund, at no cost to you, for any piece damaged during shipping.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows your package has been lost or significantly delayed, email us and we'll work directly with the carrier and replace the piece if needed.
