Refund Policy

Because every sculpture is made to order by hand, returns and refunds are handled case by case rather than through a generic return window.

Standard pieces (finishes listed on the product page)

• 30-day return window from the date of delivery for unused pieces in original condition.
• Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
• Once the piece arrives back at the studio in resaleable condition, we'll refund the full purchase price to the original payment method.

Custom pieces (custom color, custom size, or commissioned work)

• Final sale — no returns or refunds. Because these are built to your specific request, we can't resell them.

Damaged in transit

Always covered. Photograph the packaging and the piece within 7 days of delivery and email axeldecorla@gmail.com. We'll replace or refund at no cost to you.

Order cancellations

• Cancel any time before production starts on your piece for a full refund — usually within 24–48 hours of ordering.
• Once production has started, we can't fully cancel because materials have been cut. We'll refund the balance minus labor and materials used.
