Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, sculptures are not returnable. This applies to standard and custom sculptures.

30-day returns

• Email axeldecorla@gmail.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery to arrange your return.
• Sculptures must be unused and in their original condition.
• Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
• Once the sculpture arrives back at the studio in its original condition, we'll refund the full purchase price to the original payment method.

Damaged in transit

Always covered. Photograph the packaging and the piece within 7 days of delivery and email axeldecorla@gmail.com. We'll replace or refund at no cost to you.

Warranty claims and repairs

Defects covered by the Limited Warranty follow its claim procedure, separately from returns of unused sculptures. Paid repairs and refinishing are also available under the Repair Commitment.

Order cancellations

• Cancel any time before production starts on your piece for a full refund — usually within 24–48 hours of ordering.
• Once production has started, we can't fully cancel because materials have been cut. We'll refund the balance minus labor and materials used.
