These pieces are made for sun, wind, and rain. Heavy-gauge steel, a weatherproof finish, and a base that is continuous with the leaves — no bolted-on plate — so they hold their stance in an open yard.

The patina finishes deepen slightly over the first few weeks outdoors and then settle. Set against gravel, decomposed granite, or low ground cover, a single agave does the work of a whole planting.
